Janet gains human natural powers from an chemical explosion that took place at her father's military base facility. She's not the only one who was infected; as a result, the city has a new batch of villians and heros. Upon doing test on Janet and giving her a two weekly pay check, her father has asked her to become part of the SGFF, also known as, Secret Government Fighting Force. All the while from fighting crime with her new abilities, Janet has to keep school, her new circle of friends, and her love life tamed; if not, she could lose all that is dear to her.
